Green Power Core for Next-Generation Communication Infrastructure

The HUADA ETP-1U4860 is an industrial-grade, 1U rack-mounted 48V DC embedded power supply system engineered for 5G/4G telecommunications, micro base stations, broadband access networks, and edge computing facilities. Integrating up to two 1800W high-efficiency switching rectifier modules and an intelligent centralized controller, it delivers up to 3600W (60A) continuous DC power with ≧96% peak conversion efficiency, wide AC input tolerance (85VAC–300VAC), and comprehensive RS485/SNMP remote network monitoring.

Key Performance Features

  • Ultra-High Efficiency: Rectifier modules achieve ≧96% peak conversion efficiency with active power factor correction (PF ≧ 0.99).

  • Wide Operating Voltage: Ultra-wide AC input range of 85V AC ~ 300V AC, perfectly adapted to unstable power grids and fluctuating environments.

  • Zero-Downtime Hot Swapping: Hot-pluggable rectifier modules enable tool-free replacement in under 1 minute without interrupting load operations.

  • Dual-Stage Battery Protection: Comprehensive battery management featuring Low Voltage Load Disconnect (LLVD) and Low Voltage Battery Disconnect (LVBD) with temperature compensation and automatic float control.

  • Intelligent Remote Monitoring: RS485, RS232, and Fast Ethernet / SNMP communication interfaces support local and remote unattended operation.

  • Robust Lightning Protection: High-grade AC (20kA/40kA) and DC (10kA/20kA) surge protection designed for severe thunderstorm zones.

  • Ultra-Compact Space-Saving: Standard 19-inch 1U form factor (482 × 350 × 44.5 mm) fits seamlessly into tight outdoor and indoor cabinets.

  • International Safety Compliance: Full compliance with IEC/EN60950, GB4943, and YD/T983 EMC standards.

Typical Application Scenarios

  • 5G / 4G Macro and Micro Wireless Base Stations (RRU / BBU / AAU DC Power)

  • Fiber Optic Access, Transmission Nodes & Telecom Equipment Rooms

  • Industrial Automation, SCADA & Smart Grid Power Distribution Systems

  • Outdoor Telecom Cabinets, Edge Computing Data Enclosures & Microwave Relay Stations

Q1: Can the ETP-1U4860 system operate with only one rectifier module installed?

A: Yes. The system features a modular N+1 redundant design. It can operate stably with a single 1800W rectifier module (up to 30A @ 48V) and allows hot-plugging a second module at any time to double capacity to 3600W (60A) without shutting down connected loads.

Q2: What is the difference between LLVD and LVBD battery management?

A: LLVD (Low Voltage Load Disconnect) cuts power to non-critical loads first during extended AC outages to prolong backup time for essential devices. LVBD (Low Voltage Battery Disconnect) disconnects the battery pack entirely when reaching the critical cutoff voltage to protect batteries from deep discharge damage.

Q3: Does the system support remote monitoring via SNMP or Web GUI?

A: Yes. The central controller integrates Fast Ethernet and RS485 ports supporting standard SNMP (v1/v2c/v3) and Web browser access for remote monitoring of voltage, current, battery SOC, and instant alarm traps.

Q4: Is the system compatible with both Lithium-ion (LiFePO4) and Lead-Acid batteries?

A: Absolutely. The controller supports pre-set charging curves for AGM/VRLA lead-acid, Gel, and LiFePO4 telecom lithium batteries, with customizable float/boost voltage thresholds and temperature compensation.

Q5: What is the typical lead time for samples and bulk OEM orders?

A: Standard evaluation samples are usually ready to ship within 3–5 working days. Bulk custom orders (50–500 units) typically have a production lead time of 15–20 business days.
